about meg

Meg grew up in Stony Plain, Alberta and has lived in the Edmonton area her whole life. When she was 6 she wanted to do everything her big brother did, so she asked her Dad if she could play hockey. He quickly agreed so Meg has been lacing 'em up ever since.
She has also played golf since she was 4, trying every other sport in the process. Soccer proved to be too much running, so instead she picked dandelions for her Mom. Baseball was fun...competitive swimming was a success for 13 years. Synchronized Swimming & Highland Dancing - not so much.
Meg Graduated with honours from the Radio & Television Arts Program at NAIT in 2004 where she won two sportscasting-related scholarships. She played on the NAIT Ooks hockey team for a brief stint, until she realized she would rather be in the broadcasting booth.
Meg has been in the media industry for over 14 years learning the in's and out's of both Radio and Television. This versatility prompted her to follow her dream in 2013 and create a television show about golf.
Meg is now the Owner, Executive Producer & Host of the Pro-Am Golf Show on Global TV.
